DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 100 miles east of the coast of southern/western Mexico. Forecasters are expecting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving northwestward at around 10 mph.
